creature destruction + turning lands into creatures

say I play an ambush commander, which makes all my forests also be 1/1 elves. if someone plays a creature board wipe like supreme verdict, destroy all creatures, will that destroy my land?

Yes. Anything classified as a "creature" will get wiped. Even if they are also lands.
