Mill commander?!?

Who would be the best commander for a mill deck? I've tryed various styles and just can't get the flow right. I know personal opinions mix on mill but why not list what you would most hate to see sitting across the table.

I made a very fun (and effective) EDH mill deck commanded by {Damia, Sage of Stone}. Her colors are perfect, and she keeps the cards coming so you don't lose speed mid to late game. I'd definitely reccomend giving her a shot if you haven't already.
