MAIN BOARD
It seems pretty solid, I have my own esper control deck that tends to do very well, usually wins the small standard tournys at my lgs (ill post it if you'd or send it to you just send me a pm) but I do have some advice. Aetherling is a amazing card I run a two main board he is awesome in this build. He hits the field and wins as long as your smart about it. I run three sorins, but that's more because I like him alot as a planes walker in esper, he deals with aggro through his 1/1 life link guys, and he does just as well against control because once he gets past 6 they have to deal with him and then cast their threats, or you'll just take them.. Also I usually set my main board up to hate on aggro and side like crazy for control, I run 6 board wipes (3 verdicts 3 terminus) and 7 sac spot removal, I do this because the meta is super aggro and I find this to win more games. because the meta is super aggro I do not run any think twice or forbidden alchemy, they've all been replaced with those sac and board wipe spells, azorius charm should be a 4 of but past that evey thing else in main board seems really solid. The planes walkers are debatable but they are really just matter of preference I run 1 tamiyo 3 sorins and 1 jace, but that's just the way I like them set up. I'd suggest running augur of bolas but I don't run any snap casters (mostly because of expense and the face that try will drop shortly). I run 3 counter spells, but that's mostly because I don't run snap casters, so that is just a matter of personal preference I would suggest dissipate over syncopate though because most times you hold your counters for the bigger threats, and most times those threats are later in the game.

SIDE BOARD
Your main board is set up right now as a middle of the road board, mine is not. If you do set the majority of your main board up against aggro you should set your side up against control. When ever I go to game two against control I usually side in around 10 cards, I side out the most of my board wipes if not all, and some of my spot removal, I like holding on to some spot removal because of cards like aetherling and and resto angel things like that.

Lands are just right and everything else seems really solid (:

If you disagree with any of my opinions please bring it up, I am absolutely always open to new opinions and am all ways looking to improve upon my own esper control, or if there is anything that has worked well for you I'd like to hear about that as well (:

I don't have the sideboard posted but I run one in the side board.

As for counter spells , dissipate is better on the play and syncopate is better on the draw and if I run only dosaipate I lose the ability to counter there turn 3 plays which can be huge for most decks in the format, also just having access to two mana counter spells puts opposites it akward situations.
