To be honest I've never traded with him but the one time really did try to he just kept running me around in circles saying I have the cards or I have to get the cards from my brother and such I finally just got tired of it and stopped trying to trade with him I even forewarned him that this would happen if he continued doing things like that. I can't say if he's trusted or not but definitely a fishy!

Very fishy. And based on the fact that he has ripped people off in the past (and didn't attempt to give a sincere apology until he was called out here), I would certainly be very cautious if you are making a trade with him. Make him send first!
