Possibility Storm exiles the spell while it's on the stack, which means it doesn't resolve. This is one of those things that you run with {Curse of Exhaustion} to piss off your opponent

Nope. All exiled cards are put on the bottom of the library in a random order. If you don't have a card that can be cast by the effect, you'll essentially just be shuffling your library.

Nope. You just end up showing your opponent your whole deck and putting all those cards back after shuffling.
