 {Possibility Storm} is on the field and I cast a  {Lightning Storm} do I still deal the damage before it's exiled?

No. Your spell is exiled before resolution due to  {Possibility Storm}

RESOLVED

ELLERfeller

I'm sorry i meant  {Lightning Bolt}

Crapshooter

It will be the same result.

Possibility Storm exiles the spell while it's on the stack, which means it doesn't resolve. This is one of those things that you run with {Curse of Exhaustion} to piss off your opponent

{Possibility Storm} is annoying enough by itself

So what happens if storm is out and you cast a card that you only have online type of in the deck, do you lose due to not being able to stop?

Nope. All exiled cards are put on the bottom of the library in a random order. If you don't have a card that can be cast by the effect, you'll essentially just be shuffling your library.

Kaleo42

Nope. You just end up showing your opponent your whole deck and putting all those cards back after shuffling.

P.s. if you click your own messege you can modify it.
