I'd personally move centaurs to sideboard. Only really need them for an Aggro match up. I'd replace them with  {Loxodon Smiter}.

I'd definitely add  {Loxodon Smiter}.  {Avacyn's Pilgrim} would speed this deck up.  {Champion of Lambholt} works really well with a token deck. I'd also look in to {Parallel Lives} and  {Gavony Township}. Great deck!
