Is  {Vizkopa Guildmage} 2nd ability cumulative?

It lasts however long the turn you activate it on lasts. Also, I believe you can activate it more than once a turn. So activate ability on your upkeep, then  play {Sorin's Vengeance}. That's lots of damage!

Yes it is cumulative and multiple activations of that ability stack. If you activate it twice, then gain 2 life, each opponent will lose 4 life.

Hey, since I am on his second ability.

I read up  {Touch of the Eternal} and gatherer says that its ability is treated as life gain/loss. Does that mean I can use it at my upkeep with guildmage second ability, if I started the upkeep with lower life than the number of permanents?

Yes, you can! You will be able to respond to Touch's trigger going onto the stack, and what you respond with (the guildmage's ability) will resolve first as the stack resolves top-down.
