Does  {Crackdown}'s effect keep a multicolored creature that is white tapped? For argument sake lets use  {Aurelia, the Warleader} for example.

It will not. A creature that has multiple colors counts for all its colors. Nonwhite means "is not white." In this case, Aurelia is white, and is unaffected.
