I do this all the time In edh. You just need to tutor and {buried alive}. You can also use {pherexian altar} instead of {rooftop storm}.

Especially with {increasing ambition} or self-mill plus {havengul lich} and/or {zombie apocalypse}.
This combo is in my zombie deck and i didn't even notice, hilarious
