Hi guys does {nimana sell sword} get a +1+1 just for entering the battlefield or does she half to atack. Thanks.

Whenever Nimana Sell-Sword or another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Nimana Sell-Sword.

Just Entering the Battlefield puts a counter on.
