I know this was covered sometime earlier, but I couldn't find where it was.
Does  {Madcap Skills}+ {Alpha Authority} make unblockable?

Correct me if I am wrong, but effectively yea.

Yep! It creates a condition where it is impossible to legally block the creature, making them unblockable.
