Un-genius card ideas

Ok here's one 3{B}{B}{R}{R} exile all non land permanents and all graveyards. Then search each players library and hand for any card that shares a name with an exiled card, exile those cards. Then each player shuffles their library and reveals cards until they reveal a non land card and cast it.

this one doesnt seem un-genius. It's actually a turn around card. And if I ran those colors I'd actualy use it

Why?

This was my attempt at the draw game idea. If you have three oblivion rings on the battlefield with no other legal targets they will infinitely target each other with no way to stop it. See this video:
