BW life deck. Pretty good for an Orzhov deck.

I'm hoping it'll beagle to do well in standard, what's your thoughts on this and how do you think I should sideboard?

I don't do much Orzhov, but from what I understand, a few Exhort goes a long way.
"I quintuple exhort {Obzedat, Ghost Council} and gain 7 life. You lose 7."
Also {Vizkopia Guildmage} seems to do well.

I wish it worked like that. Although, exhort only works once per spell played. Here's the ruling.

"You may pay  a maximum of one time for each extort triggered ability. You decide whether to pay when the ability resolves.
The amount of life you gain is based on the total amount of life lost, not necessarily the number of opponents you have. For example, if your opponent's life total can't change (perhaps because that player controls {Platinum Emperion}), you won't gain any life."
The extort ability doesn't target any player.

Other then that the deck looks pretty cool. Maybe {alters reap} could help.
