Right off the top I say lose 5 cards from your sideboard to make it legit

Secondly unless I'm seeing the cards wrong this looks more mid range then anything. You could use some burn like {Searing Spear} for early creature kill or extra damage. Maybe a {Massive Raid} instead of {Cinder Elemental}.

Shock lands. Also {Burning-Tree Emissary}, and {Flinthoof Boar}, are very good agro cards for this color combo. {Legion Loyalist} is also good.

If you have the money I play with {Ajani, Caller of the Pride} in my naya aggro, he's come in clutch many times, especially for his 2nd ability. Also I'd make room for some legion loyalists and add some boros charms! Good luck with it at your fnm:)

Also {Avacyn's Pilgrim} could be good. Turn 2 smiter is always good.
