Okay my friend wants my {deathrite shaman} and is offering {lazav dimir mastermind} good or bad trade for me to gain in how good the card is not money value. Thanks :)

From my understanding of what your asking; I would say there is a correlation between how good a card is and it's money value. So strictly speaking deathrite is a overall better card. I personally would only do that trade if I'd never play deathrite. Take into account that u can sell deathrite to a store and buy probably 2 or 3 lazav's.
