I control a  {Duskmantle Seer} and on my upkeep both reveal more cmc than lifetotal.
My question:
Is it 1 trigger: draw
Or 2 triggers: i win (because of apnap rule)
Please just answer if you're 100% sure!

The game ends in a draw. The ruling from Gatherer:

1/24/2013. The loss of life is simultaneous. If this causes both players to end up at 0 or less life, the game will be a draw. In a multiplayer game, players with 0 or less life will lose the game.
