Don't even need anything more than colorless, imprint the  {Shields of Velis Vel} onto an {isochron scepter} and use the {quicksilver amulet} and you have that combo on a stick, especially if you play an {erratic portal}, to return the dragon to your hand.
( BTW, gonna be getting the dragon for the combo very soon to play against some friends)
