If I were to imprint a {one dozen eyes} onto a {panoptic mirror}, would I be able to use the entwine ability of the spell copy without paying the 3? Or would I need to pay it?

Every time you cast an enteine spell imprinted on to the mirror, you have the option of paying its enteine cost. It is an additional cost, and not an alternate cost. So yoy could pay for entwine off of a mirror.
