I'd go Orzhov if I wanted to make it competitive worthy. It basically works using the {corpse blockade}/{boodflow connoisseur} + {gravecrawler} + {blood artist}/{falkenrath noble} combo, and {crypt ghast}/{mikaeus the unhallowed} for maximum efficiency.
