The return to your hand ability will not trigger because the text states to return when a instant or sorcery deals damage.....Planeswalker ability is neither.

Re-read the card Chandra is a red planes walker so it returns when she does damage.

It does come back when Chandra's ability is used. The wording on the card is funny but it also says red planes walker
