For the most part I like it, bit I'm torn on the {Teetering Peaks}.  I see the mid game application, but it seems like they would really suck to have in opening hand.  Granted, I've never built a goblin deck, so I'm not 100% how they run :P

The issue is that Goblin decks run {Cavern of Souls} now, not {Teetering Peaks}. Maybe he is budgeting, though. If not, {Cavern of Souls} is a must.

Super fast. Most decks lose to this game one, save Soul Sisters. Post board you'll see a lot more spot removal/counters so you'd need to sideboard expecting that. This is why I suggested he put {Cavern of Souls} in instead of {Teetering Peaks}.
