If you pump up the 2 or less power creature is it still unblockable?

If it isn't can you still pump the creature after no creatures can be declared blockers but before the damage step?

When you attack with the 2 power creature, a trigger goes on the stack for Writ of Passage to check its power. If its two or less, the creature is unblockable. If you pump the creature after this check has been made, it will remain unblockable no matter what.
