Stream line card search

Instead of defaulting to all cards could it instead show no cards at first? Perhaps pressing search without typing anything could search all cards?

This could speed up the searching process which i would love for trades and since im often on short work breaks when i use this app and loading time is a big concern of mine.

It is on my TODO to make the initial 'all' search instantaneous.
