What's a cheap combo (money wise) that's in moderne or standered and can slow the game down indefinitely in {U}{G} mix? That is untill the player decides this or that turn is the one were they want to pull the trigger on there strategy

{Arcane Laboratory} also works in place of Curse of exhaustion with Knowledge Pool and Erayo.
