If you mean Standard, Innistrad Block and Return to Ravnica Block, plus M13. Otherwise, same as always.

Each format topic has its own format deck construction sticky at the top (for example, under "Standard" you will see "Standard Format Deck Construction"). These will tell you what is currently tournament legal, and are kept up to date.

Standard is what I was looking for sorry for not being specific lol I kinda forgot how many tournament types there were lol. But thanks this helps a lot .
