Does his ability stack? I think {grixis grim blade} +1+1 does for another multi color creature. Thanks.

I doubt it. If it did it would say "for each", not "as long as".

No it doesn't stack. It's just a plus one as long as you control a multicolor perm/creature. His ability doesn't care if you have just one or 5.
