Edric in multiplayer?

Ok so my question is should I stick with small evasive creatures in this deck with a few beefy fatties for the late game or just up my curve and use bigger creatures if I am playing in multiplayer. I am worried that after a certain point my weenies an just going to be bumping off of monsters like sheoldred and avecyn. I mean with the huge card draw and counter magic I should get in the early game I guess I am just not sure which is the best for a multiplayer format.
