My local shop is having a tourney using this format:

1 of any card
Only common or uncommonly are accepted, legacy van list.

60 card deck 15 card sideboard

Any ideas?

Maybe splash {W} to tutor the plating with {enlightened tutor}, {steelshapers gift},

Heck I would toss in {isochron scepter} for fun too.
