For creature based mana ramp: You could try {Elvish Archdruid} rather than {Scorned Villager} as he will multiply off other elves ({Arbor Elf}) and copies of himself.
Another option is  {Axebane Guardian} as he will also see {Gatecreeper Vine} and copies of himself. 
Both can see lots of mana quite quickly.

Also I'm guessing you ment to make this in standard rather than casual?
