Drawing cards and playing cards

After you play cards do you totally replenish your hand to 7 at the start of he next turn, or do you just draw one card.  Secondly, can you play only one land per turn unless you have a card like rampant growth etc. and can you play as many other cards as you want?

Draw one card per turn. Only play another land per turn if you have the appropriate spell. Play as many spells as you have mana for.
