Thragtusk for RtR

Seems kinda dumb but I'd like to trade my
{Thragtusk} for some new cards. Specifically {Martial Law} {Precinct Captain} and guild gates <Azorius/Selesnya/Izzet>

Also have RtR cards which off the top of my head don't remember, but ask and ill check
