I went to my shop a month or so ago and finished out a deck, shop owner was nice and charged me 3 dollars for an Avacyn pack to round me up to the nearest whole,
Think it was 60, pulled a foil {griselbrand}  and {Avacyn, angel of hope} in it.

Same thing happened to me but pulled a {bonfire of the damned} and a foiled {avacyn}

Just opened an M13 and an Avacyn Restored booster a week ago. In the M13 pack, the rare was Omniscience and the foil was a foil Omniscience. For the Avacyn pack, the rare was a Bonfire.

I only ever buy it for the box, die, and 9 boosters. I swear by those boxes.

Fat packs rule. Tons of value from them, even if you don't get good cards. Those deck boxes are cool, die, land pack, guide. Totally worth it, even if it does work out to $4 per pack.

Not having it pay for itself doesn't mean I don't buy one for every set   I love the spin down dice.  And the actual fat pack boxes are really useful for moving decks or holding basic lands.

Yeah true I do like then box and the spindown, still I would have been much better off buying 2 of the the black avacyn event deck for a guaranteed 2x {gravecrawler} 2x {geraffs messenger} and 2x {surgical extraction} but what can ya do haha I'll prolly buy a rtr fat pack and a booster box anyways just for the new dice and box and see all the cards on the list too
