Yeah.  Why keep cards like that from being reprinted?  That doesn't seem like such a game hindering card.

Most of not all red fliers are dragons. It's also not part of {R}'s color pie to pump toughness. I think this guy is an oddity in {R} and am skeptical. Although Ravnica is one of the few legitimate planes for gargoyles.
