So I do not know what to have sideboards. I really want to have {intrepid hero} main boarded, but I don't know what I would sideboard. Also I want to put {rancor} in but I cannot think of anything to take out.

Xanzurth

I would take out the revenges and two destinys for 4 rancor. Rancor is much more versital where the other are more situational. Plus it comes back if the creature dies. Think about a hero with rancor on fun times.

Cllzzrd

Do you think 3 rancor and 3 destinies would work? {Angelic Destiny} also comes back if the creature dies.

Xanzurth

The mana curve running 3 destinys with your other 4 drops is really high. 2 with 4 rancors so you can turn 4 hero, turn 5 sublime angel and rancor.

Guitello

{Hero of blade hold} and {Champion of lambholt} are very counterintuitive with {Sublime archangel} and {Cathedral of war}.... Exalted doesn't work with a deck that plans on swinging with a lot f creatures

The hero still triggers exalted when it swings because the tokens don't show up until after you declare 1 attacker. The champion works with exalted because when it attacks alone it gets huge and nothing can block it.

But the battle cry on the hero is wasted, and the champion can let you swing in with many unblock able creatures at once

That is true. Once the champion gets large enough I can just tap out and swing for lethal damage. So far in play tests the champion and hero have worked well together. The hero buffs the champion every time it attacks and then once the champion is around a 5/5 I just swing out with everything or send in a massive, unblockable doublestriker.

This is what I have run the last two weeks. I have gotten to top 8 both times. The only things that give me consistent trouble are delver and lots of cheap, red kill spells.

How can I sideboard to be better against those?
