Seems to do well online, any sideboard help?

Try main boarding blood artists, since you can mortar pod the grave crawler and messenger, then all your kill spells and nighthawk

Blood artists can win games if unanswered

I had blood artist in the Deck. I like him he's fun, but found that he didn't do enough to help me control the board

Not enough board control.    My mono black can go to time and win Everytime and not have but maybe 1 creature on the board.  The board control is rediculous.   You have mutilates and 2 go for the throats.   Wheres the doom blades? Murders? Tragic slips? Dismembers? Curse of deaths hold? Obliterators? Karn?

Fair enough, what would you suggest to add/remove? Other control decks with late game card advantage are what I really struggle with.

I also agree with taking out the Nins. Ping and draw is good but pricey at 6 mana. Hopefully you'd have the cards you need by T6 anyways.

Also I would add some {altar's reap}s. Perfect with {gravecrawler} and even better if you have a {blood artist} out. Two cards, life gain, AND direct damage for 2 mana, PLUS you can bring {gravecrawler} back? Yes please.

This looks just like a zombie deck with the suggestions.   I'd throw in obliterators, lashwrithe, batterskull, Lilliana, sorin and karn.
