Problems with multilanguage search - scan

Hi everybody,
I speak and prefer the english language far more than any translation. Unfortunately here in italy I often have to deal with (mis)translated cards, so I happily bought the full app to benefit from multilanguage support.
But it seems far from perfect... When multilanguage search is enabled, a search will take forever and the app will be stuck in the meantime, and the results will often be unreliable or missing.
The same with the scan: the text is properly read, but the search often fails.
I have to say I have had the "missing card" problem expecially with M13 cards, so it could be simply an update issue since they are kinda new.
But the "multilanguage search lag" is really killing the whole cataloguing process.
Can anybody help me somehow?
For the developers, maybe a "language" field in the search filter could speed up the searching process?
