Incorrect bannings

This app lists incorrectly that {Ancestral Recall} and {Mox Sapphire} as banned in Commander. My suspicion is (with the exception of {Timetwister}, all of the P9 would be considered banned, which is not true.

Dudecore, what banned list are you referring to? This one:
Wizards of the Coast?

I think that is just the banned list for Online play. Guess which cards were never printed on Magic Online? Because Commander is not a format that is sanctioned by WotC for competitive play, they do not maintain the Banned list for paper Magic. As far as I know, the "official" banned list is maintained here:
