So how does the {portcullis} work with the { Geist of st traft} would the tokens enter play or would they  be exiled till the portcullis leaves play

Well 1st thing. If a token is sent to the graveyard, exiled, or returned to your hand; it will cease to exist. Tokens can only be on the battlefield. No other zone.

Secondly, the angel token made by {Geist of Saint Traft} would enter the battlefield then {Portcullis} would see it enter and check the battlefield for creatures. If there are 2 or more creatures then the angel token to be exiled then cease to exist. Thus, when {Portcullis} leaves the battlefield you will not get your angel tokens.
