Check the trades.
Need ASAP!! Or something

Hays413

Anybody got any ideas how this would do?

Guitello

Take out the {Somberwald Sage}'s. nt enough high cost spells. There are better options.
I'd take out the Sages and put in 4 rancor's main deck

I love {somberwald sage}... If he lives long enough to be used.

Not saying he is bad. It's just you have so many 3 drops... By the time he is online and can create mana, you could cast 90% of your deck without him. Your deck could get a lot more value out of a card like rancor. Plus, playing a Silverblade paladin or a Geist of saint traft on turn 3 is so much better then a sage. Also, Rancor doesn't die to any burn spell under the sun :P

I think the benefit is the theoretical hand where you {avacyn's pilgrim} turn one, {somberwald sage} turn two, and you have a turn three {wolfir silverheart} or two 3 drops. I agree though, there is definitely room for {rancor} in here.

Thorn

If you still want ramp then take out the sages and put in 1 more {Avacyn's Pilgrim} and 3 {Rancor}

Hays413

Was def thinking the theoretical there. But all of this is so far. Gotta test as always to really see what's up.

Theoretical is the key word here. As important as puttin good combo's into a deck is, once you get into a 3-4 card requirement in your opening hand, it's a bit far into magical Christmas land for me :P
