Agoraphobia has a cost of three mana to "return Agoraphobia to its owner's hand."  Can anyone do that, or just the owner of the card?

If I had {Hold the Gates} on the battlefield, and an opponent casts {Encrust} on one of my creatures, does that creature not have vigilance anymore?  It states 'it's activated abilities cannot be activated.', but does that include enchantments?

Does The Keyrune go into the graveyard if dealt enough damage?
