Can you assign multiple blockers to a single attacking creature even if that creature does not have trample?

If I have a  {Witchbane Orb} in play can opponent cast an instant to destroy it if I have hexproof. The instant in question is  {Natural End}

Yeah I think that is valid because its not combat damage. It's an instant versus an instant

But if it is targeted by a spell to put it into the graveyard that goes on the stack I can use its ability correct?

Darn lol.ok I have a  {Agoraphobia} on one of her creatures if that creature is dealt a death blow I can pay the cost and return it to my hand correct?

If I have a  {Horror of the Dim} and my opponent puts  {Pacifism} on it when it's my turn I pay it's cost to may it hexproof does the enchantment fall off or does it make it void for that turn?

If a creature is exile with spells encoded on it does it lose those encoded spells when it comes back into play?

 If I have {Savra, Queen of the Golgari} in play and I sac  a {Shambling Shell} since it has black and green in its mana cost does both of her abilities trigger? And since I sacrificed  {Shambling Shell} I get to put a +1/+1 counter on target creature correct?

Ok that's what I thought but I figured I'd ask.

The evolve abbility says when ever a creature enters the battle field under your control, if that creature has greater toughness or power than this creature put a +1/+1 on this creature. Do you get a counter for both say the toughness and power are greater?
