And maybe since it's casual  {Tolarian Academy} But that might be pushing the breaking the bank

Well, yeah, that's actually a very powerful draw I missed. Could well be worth it. Could swap out the {myr moonvessel} for {silver myr}, {hovermyr} for {vedalken archmage} and toss in 4 {Shivan Reef}. Most of the time you're gonna be using the generic anyway.

Are you using   {Waste Not} On yourself?

{waste not} only triggers on opponents discarding. Whenever an opponent does, you as controller get to do something.
That said, I don't see that much discard. I would recommend something like {Lilliana's spectre}. For now I see a zombie tribal with waste, which can be fine, but you'll get less value out of waste not.

Some trample would be nice either use  {Rancor} Or if you want multiple creatures with +1/+1 counter use  {Bramblewood Paragon} also maybe add some mana accel like  {Sakura-Tribe Elder}
