 {Halimar Tidecaller} + {Scatter to the Winds} + {Ruinous Path} seems like a perfect set up for a control deck

-3 winnower
-2 yeva
-2 murederous cut
-2 dark petition
-4 touch

+4 elvish mystic
+2 dwynen
+4 collected company
+3 chord of calling

Typically with this deck you want to be either going wide with a bunch of tokens and dorks and then pumping them with the lord or by casting as many shaman of the pack as possible. I think these changed with help you do so more effectively.

I agree with link. Don't make your mana worse just to play some less powerful cards. Either go all in on UR or UB. Don't sacrifice mana efficiency and overall consistancy just to play some cards that might or might not help your deck. If you wanna play pia and kiran id suggest trying to play straight UR control.

This deck needs ashiok. Also from my testing with this deck (I've had this deck built for the last few weeks) there needs to be some number of crux of fate because there are too many cards that just don't die to languish.

You ever think of  {Dragon Tempest} And I'd up your sharpnel blast to four it's good here!
Well I was really debating running  {Hammer of Purphoros} But that would lean the deck more towards red. I really wanted the deck to be more blue which is why I'm not playing it.

Blue/Red Thopter

60 cards, 0 sideboard

4 {Darksteel Citadel}
4 {Shivan Reef}
4 {Temple of Epiphany}
8 {Island}
2 {Mountain}

22 lands

4 {Hangarback Walker}
4 {Phyrexian Revoker}
4 {Chief of the Foundry}
4 {Thopter Engineer}
3 {Whirler Rogue}

19 creatures

2 {Ghostfire Blade}
4 {Springleaf Drum}
4 {Ensoul Artifact}
2 {Anticipate}
3 {Shrapnel Blast}
4 {Thopter Spy Network}

19 other spells

Sideboard

Notes:
I've tested this deck a little lately and it seems super explosive. Hangerback is such a strong card because no one wants to destroy it and it just keeps getting bigger. I'm still messing with numbers right now but this is the most stable version I've found so far. I recently decided to cut ornithopter because it was such a 50/50 cards sometimes you draw like three and feel awful cause it does nothing. I was thinking of adding obelisk of urd to call thopters but I'm not sure if I'm running enough thopters to justify that.

I've been testing this deck a little as well and I feel like the chief engineer scuddles engine is a little too slow. I've been testing this deck as an aggro deck pretty much. I found hangerback is the best card in the deck. Drum is good at powering out spy network and whirly. I play whirl at 3 and spy at 4 which seems extreme but it's really good. With those at higher numbers thopter engineer becomes and auto 4 of. I've had some good success with the deck but I've tested very minimally. Also  {Phyrexian Revoker} Is a great card.

Since you're so heavy on the commands and on sorceries, maybe {Jace, Vryn's Prodigy}? Seems pretty sweet getting EoT planeswalkers that buy back your {Exquisite Firecraft}s.
Didn't even think about jace. Might not be bad here.

I honestly feel like Jeskai Control is a better deck right now. I can bump my list if you're interested.
I do agree that jeskai control is better but I wanted to build a tempo deck based around ojutai command.

4 Ojutais Command seems terrible I can see 1-2 but 4? No way. I'd definitely shave it down. I love 4 Keral Keep though that card will be insane :P

Also I feel like Jeskai Tempo needs Rabbles I'm not a huge fan of Harbinger in this deck so maybe swap for Rabbles and if you're making this list rotation friendly then I'd suggest monastery mentor instead of Harbinger
I wanted to run the 4 command because most of my deck is 2 cmc creatures. Most people just see the card as counter draw but I see it as counter get a creature back. I do agree that rabble is important but I wanted to make this deck without it to maximize the commands. This deck is just for testing. Most of these cards won't rotate so it's mainly just testing for next format.

No {Monastery Swiftspear}?
This is more of a tempo deck than an aggressive deck.

Perhaps a vault of the archangel or Gavony township? Other than that I agree with Mattao the deck looks great!

I like those lands in here I'd suggest vault bc it's easier to hit off your mana base :P
I feel like with 4 mutavault that I already have a lot of lands that don't tap for a color. I'd have to cut a mutavault to play the vault and I really don't want to do that. Also I could use some help with the sideboard. I kinda just threw one together.

Notes:
I've been toying with this idea for a while now. It plays very similarly to merfolk except that it's not as fast. But what it lacks in speed it makes up for in removal and discard.
