If {Prey Upon} is used against a creature with  {Spirit Mantle} what happens? Just to be sure. It's an illegal target, right?

Let's say I have  {Witchbane Orb}, giving me hexproof. Could  {Slaughter Games} still target me because it can't be countered by spells or abilities?

This should be simple; is {Echo Mage} capable of copying spells that are off the stack? As in, in the graveyard, as my friend says? Or can it only copy spells when they're being played?
