U/W heroic is pretty reasonable. Lots of lists out there. Consistently performs well, but won't necessarily win tournaments.

Hey, I went out o standard for a little while, and need a very budget deck that can perform at an FNM, not necessarily winning but at least picking up a game or two.

This kind of crashed and burned last time we tried this, but it's worth a try! Problem is, how dense is each area with people from this forum.
