Yeah I was going to put {Cavern of Souls} in but I was running it in another deck and couldn't be bothered taking it out lol it would have made the control matchup I lost a lot easier!

White became my colour of choice as I wanted to play with all the innistrad block humans before they rotate out. Along with some newcomers, they are supported by a bunch of the more exciting angels. This deck is a ton of fun and well worth a try just to mess with the meta at your local FNM :P |

It has been testing well against a variety of decks in the current meta. It will definitely change once the rest of the new set starts showing up in other decks. |
Bant's Just Bigger 74 cards, 13 sideboard 3 {Hinterland Harbor} 4 {Breeding Pool} 3 {Glacial Fortress} 1 {Alchemist's Refuge} 4 {Temple Garden} 2 {Forest} 3 {Sunpetal Grove} 4 {Hallowed Fountain} 24 lands 3 {Master Biomancer} 4 {Thragtusk} 4 {Avacyn's Pilgrim} 2 {Prime Speaker Zegana} 2 {Sigarda, Host of Herons} 4 {Geist of Saint Traft} 2 {Restoration Angel} 2 {Loxodon Smiter} 4 {Arbor Elf} 27 creatures 2 {Rancor} 2 {Rootborn Defenses} 2 {Selesnya Charm} 2 {Azorius Charm} 2 {Simic Charm} 10 other spells Sideboard 1 {Syncopate} 2 {Feeling of Dread} 2 {Druid's Deliverance} 2 {Supreme Verdict} 2 {Detention Sphere} 1 {Rest in Peace} 1 {Blind Obedience} 1 {Negate} 1 {Essence Scatter} 13 sideboard cards Notes: So turn 2 Geist, turn 3 Biomancer and swing with a 6/6 Angel token. After that everything else is massive. Arbors and pilgrims enter as 3/3s Thragtusk and Sigarda are powerhouses and then Zegana at 6 mana to reload your hand. Also there's Rootborn to keep the Geist alive and populate the Angel token :) This deck is big, fast and a ton of fun to play with :) |

Selesnya Budget 75 cards, 15 sideboard 10 {Plains} 10 {Forest} 4 {Selesnya Guildgate} 24 lands 4 {Fencing Ace} 4 {Arbor Elf} 4 {Strangleroot Geist} 2 {Urbis Protector} 4 {Centaur Healer} 4 {Avacyn's Pilgrim} 22 creatures 4 {Selesnya Charm} 4 {Rancor} 2 {Rootborn Defenses} 4 {Ethereal Armor} 14 other spells Sideboard 2 {Tormod's Crypt} 2 {Triumph of Ferocity} 3 {Oblivion Ring} 2 {Curse of Exhaustion} 2 {War Priest of Thune} 2 {Fiend Hunter} 2 {Aerial Predation} 15 sideboard cards Notes: Total of $29.44 using only common and uncommon cards. The most expensive card in the deck is the Rancors at around $3 each. I would have used something else but they are integral to the power of the deck. |
Biomancer Reanimated 80 cards, 15 sideboard 1 {Isolated Chapel} 3 {Sunpetal Grove} 2 {Stomping Ground} 2 {Glacial Fortress} 4 {Steam Vents} 2 {Hallowed Fountain} 2 {Simic Guildgate} 2 {Breeding Pool} 2 {Boros Guildgate} 4 {Temple Garden} 24 lands 4 {Nightshade Peddler} 4 {Izzet Staticaster} 1 {Goldnight Redeemer} 2 {Azorius Arrester} 4 {Angel of Glory's Rise} 1 {Zealous Conscripts} 4 {Biovisionary} 20 creatures 3 {Mulch} 2 {Izzet Charm} 1 {Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded} 4 {Faithless Looting} 2 {Increasing Confusion} 4 {Supreme Verdict} 1 {Tracker's Instincts} 4 {Unburial Rites} 21 other spells Sideboard 2 {Detention Sphere} 2 {Redirect} 2 {Sphinx's Revelation} 1 {Tracker's Instincts} 2 {Syncopate} 2 {Fiend Hunter} 2 {War Priest of Thune} 2 {Planar Cleansing} 15 sideboard cards |
Rapid Tokens 61 cards, 0 sideboard 4 {Glacial Fortress} 7 {Island} 4 {Hallowed Fountain} 9 {Plains} 24 lands 4 {Doomed Traveler} 2 {Phantom General} 4 {Silverblade Paladin} 2 {Drogskol Captain} 1 {Drogskol Reaver} 1 {Bruna, Light of Alabaster} 14 creatures 4 {Ethereal Armor} 4 {Hands of Binding} 3 {Midnight Haunting} 4 {Spectral Flight} 2 {Tricks of the Trade} 2 {Intangible Virtue} 4 {Rapid Hybridization} 23 other spells Sideboard Notes: Blue/White tokens with a twist. Turn 1 Doomed Traveler, Turn 2 Swing, then Rapid Hybridization to make a 3/3 and a 1/1 flyer for 2 mana. After that, rinse, repeat and stack enchants until the win or Bruna shows up. Needs a little work but the base is solid. Testing well in MTGO. |
