Can you pair two soul bound creatures with each other?

Can your token that is brought by {Séance} swing in that same turn?

If I cast  {Angel of Serenity} and my opponent respondes with  {Restoration Angel} to blink a creature he controls, am I now allowed to exile  {Restoration Angel} and/or still exile the blinked creature?

Can  {Griselbrand} use his effect on a stack?

So I read the forum, when does exactly the negative counters kick in to nullify the +1 counter from and undying after activation of a (Black sun zenith)?

If I Black Sun zenith  the field, and say one of my creature has undying, and already obtain its +1 counter, would it return after it was black sun, or +1 and -1 are completely different counters?
