What there is a card witg double strike and say "when this creature does combat damage you may draw a card." would you draw 2 cards because of DS or just one?

You'd draw each time it dealt combat damage. If the creature blocking this creature survived the first round of damage  your creature would deal a second round an youd draw twice.

So does a {Markov Blademaster} wind up getting two +1/+1 counters if it's unblocked, or does combat damage to a planes walker/player work differently?
