Lose the guild gates and swap in some sulfur falls. Instead of Essence scatter try some backlash for a little extra damage. Also I'd Lose the krencos command and go with 2 more snipes and/or snap casters. Lose the thought scour... Replace them with cyclonic rifts. That's what I'm doing anyways. GL and have fun.
