Derp, shoulda checked before posting :P Thanks for the correction. I even knew about {Tidehollow Sculler} but for some reason I had turned it into a Thrull in my head. An artifact zombie no less!

I'd say red needs better spells in general, red got kind of dumped on with {Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded}

Why is mana drain more expensive?  I know some of it is rarity and age. But doesn't the playability of a card come into factor?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Portal 3 kingdoms and some of alphas stuff is pretty useless but it can be worth hundreds. Usually I've seen cards if they're playable reach about $100 like  {Jace, the Mind Sculptor}

2. 2nd ability is broken as hell, and it doesnt quite fit...

You don't think an extra land for practically free every turn is op? That's 7 mana turn 5, 9, turn 6.

I think maybe forest that enters tapped would be less op, a better tempo without being stupid.
2nd I agree is way too OP as well, playing golgari with this would be... It leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Not a bad card for red in a sideboard, able to stop some combos if you get a .ground. out. 

{Obzedat, Ghost Council}

{Wild Nacatl} IS banned in modern.

As far as  {Obzedat, Ghost Council} goes, I'm probably not the best person to comment on it. It's terrible to see your opponent play this card in limited. It's happened to me in three different tournaments. I can't comment on Obzedat in standard because I am not familiar with the format so I'm not sure if he's even played.

{Ob Nixilis, the Fallen}, easily the best demon, especially with the right cards out. Too tired to think of anything bug my addled brain right now thinks of cards like  {Terramorphic Expanse} and  {Crucible of Worlds} or maybe instead of Terramorphic  {Ghost Quarter}.
